For principals & civil contractors
How clients work with 1800 Mr Excavate
We supply operators only — experienced, ticketed and insured people for your plant. Knowledge is our asset, and knowledge is what we share. The 1ME platform keeps booking, safety and billing in one place.
Service area: from our Denman base across the Upper Hunter, the Hunter Valley and north to Tamworth — civil, construction, plumbing and farm works. Sites more than 80 km from Denman attract LAFHA or paid travel. See the towns we cover. Always lodge a Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) enquiry before you break ground.
Three steps
- 1Book — machine, dates, scored pick
Tell us the machine and dates. See available operators (not on other jobs) with tickets, skill, preferences, recent safety activity and a score only you can see. Selecting one places a soft hold.
- 2Agree terms and submit a PO
Accept the operational pack and standard T&Cs. If the site is over 80 km from Denman, choose LAFH or travel paid. A purchase order is required to send the request to the office.
- 3Office confirms → work on record → invoice
We confirm onto the roster (LAFH/Travel tagged). Prestarts and hours are logged. You get a tax invoice that matches the day, with safety docs attached when available.
Get access
Register your business. We check every business and approve it, usually within one business day. Approved businesses get our industry updates. If you need operators, we switch on Book an operator. You log in with the email you registered with. Rather talk? Call 1800 MR EXCAVATE or email [email protected].
