Excavator operators

From mini excavators up to 45 tonne machines — trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, loading trucks and working around live services.

Dozer operators

Stripping topsoil, pushing up and bulk earthmoving, dams and land clearing — operators with seat time from small dozers up to D10 and D11 class.

Grader operators

Road and haul-road construction and maintenance, trimming to level and shaping pads and tracks.

Loader operators

Wheel loaders for loading out, stockpile work and site clean-up, from tool carriers to large production loaders.

Dry hire machine? We supply the operator

Hired a machine without an operator, or have plant sitting idle on site? Book one of our operators to run it. You keep the plant arrangement you already have; we bring the seat time, tickets, insurance and the daily paperwork. We don't hire out machines ourselves.

Sites more than 80 km from our Denman base attract a living-away-from-home allowance (LAFHA) or paid travel — you choose one when you book, and it's noted on the roster.

  • Pick from operators who are free on those dates, with tickets and experience shown
  • Agree the terms and add your purchase order
  • We confirm the roster; your operator turns up with prestart and Take 5 done
  • One tax invoice matching the recorded hours, with safety records attached
