How to book and approve with 1ME
We supply operators only — ticketed, insured people for your plant. Booking, prestarts, hours and
invoices run through the 1ME client portal.
1. Register and log in
-
New to us? Register your business at
1800mrexcavate.com.au/register. We approve it, usually
within one business day, and email you.
- Open 1800mrexcavate.com.au/client
- Sign in with the company email you registered with (or the one we linked for you).
- Complete company / billing details if prompted (ABN, contacts).
- If you cannot get in, call 1800 673 922 or email [email protected].
2. Book an operator
- Go to Book.
- Enter site, machine, work type and dates.
-
Choose from available operators (not rostered or soft-held elsewhere). You’ll see tickets,
skill, preferred plant, last-28-day prestart / Take 5 / SWMS sign-on counts, and a
score only you can see.
- Agree the operational pack and
standard T&Cs (v2).
-
If the site is more than 80 km from Denman, choose LAFH or travel paid (one of
the two).
- Enter a purchase order to submit — that soft-holds the operator for the office.
3. Office confirms
- We confirm onto the roster (LAFH or Travel tagged when agreed).
- Track status under My bookings.
4. On the day and invoice
-
Have your SWMS ready for any high-risk construction work. Your operator reads it, signs onto it
and photographs the signed page.
- Your operator completes a machine prestart and a Take 5 (pre-task check); hours are logged against your job.
-
When we issue, you get a tax invoice matching the hours, with prestart, Take 5 and SWMS sign-on records attached
when available.
- Pay to the bank details on the invoice.
