1800 Mr Excavate is an operator-only service provider to the civil and construction industry. We do not hire out machines — we supply the people who run them well. Knowledge is our asset, and we share it with every operator who works with us.

We're based in Denman and roster operators across the Upper Hunter, the Hunter Valley and north to Tamworth.

What we look for

• Real seat time on excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, skid steers, HR trucks, articulated dump trucks or haul trucks
• Current tickets and licences for the plant you run
• A clean safety record and respect for services in the ground
• Pride in finished levels, tidy sites and doing it right first time

What you get

• A wider range of abilities — more machines, more types of work, more ways to add value on site
• Mentoring on real civil and construction jobs
• Coming in future: training in machine technology such as GPS machine control and 3D design models
• Full insurance cover while you work with us
• A crew known for quality, not just for turning up
